Chinese device make, LeEco has a new smartphone in the works with high-end specs. Expected to launch in China in the near future, the LeEco Le X920 (obviously a code name) has surfaced in various hands-on shots on Weibo and has been put through its paces on benchmark platform – Geekbench.
Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 (MSM8996) quad-core processor, the LeEco LE X920 sports a sizeable 6.3-inch display, 2560 x 1440 pixels (Quad HD) screen resolution, 4GB of RAM, 64GB built-in storage space with microSD card slot for expansion, and a 3400mAh battery (non-removable).
The device has what looks like a dual-camera setup on its rear, which pans out as a single 23MP camera with Dual-tone LED flash alongside a front facing 8MP selfie camera. It will be equipped with a fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port and the 3.5mm audio jack has not been sacrificed this time.
Software-wise, it boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box with the company’s Ecosystem UI (EUI) on-top. As per the leak, the LeEco LE X920 will go on sale for a reported price tag of CNY 1388 (~ US$ 200). No word yet on launch and availability outside the home market.
