Lenovo has a new budget device which could launch sooner than later – the Lenovo A5600. It looks like we are dealing with a phablet or more likely a tablet which the screen size might have been been understated.
The Lenovo A5600 was already listed on TENAA some few days ago, however the certification agency initially only listed few details about the details before finally updating the key Lenovo A5600 specs.
Going on to highlight the Lenovo A5600 specs as listed by the agency – it sports a 5.5-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) WXGA LCD display and capacitive keys below the display. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.0Ghz paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB space of internal storage.
It supports 4G LTE – supports FDD-LTE and TD-LTE network bands, Dual SIM Slots (supports LTE in both SIMs), measures 152.0 × 76.2 × 8.5mm in dimensions, weighs about about 145.5 grams and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. The device would be available in the following colour options – White, Black and Silver.
There is no word on the camera size both on the front and rear; however the Lenovo A5500 which debuted around January last year was a tablet with 8-inch display, 8MP rear camera and runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Beans OS. We will await further announcement from Lenovo.
