Lenovo K50 and Lenovo A7600 with Android 5.0 Lollipop OS in the works.

Lenovo is currently the third largest smartphone manufacturer in the world thanks to its recent purchase of Motorola. There is fierce competition for that position with the likes of Huawei and Xiaomi planning big.

To further strengthen its position, Lenovo has to release more appealing devices in the market. Two new devices from the company has been spotted on TENAA; both smartphones are running on Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The device’s in question are the Lenovo K50 and Lenovo A7600.

The Lenovo K50 features a 5.5-inch (1080 x 1920 pixels)  Full HD display, powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core processor from MediaTek with 2GB of RAM, 16GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot, 13MP main camera and a front facing 5MP camera.

The device supports GSM, TD-SCDMA,TD-LTE, LTE FDD, WCDMA networks, measures 152.6 x 76 x 7.99 mm and weighs 150grams.

The Lenovo A7600 on the other hand features a similar 5.5-inch display but this time around with a (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display, powered by an octa-core processor from MediaTek which clocks at 1.7Ghz with 2GB of RAM, 8GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot.

Other features includes – 13MP main camera, 5MP front camera, weighs 150 grams and measures 152.4 x 76 x 8.39 mm in dimension. 

Both the Lenovo K50 and Lenovo A7600 could be announced at the MWC 2015. The Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro could also make its own appearance at the event too. The device would feature a 5.5-inch QHD display, 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, 4GB of RAM, 64GB space of internal storage, 16MP camera with three LED flash, 3400mAh battery and Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.
