Lenovo has announced new mid-range smartphones in its K-Series family at the IFA 2016. The trio – Lenovo K6, K6 Note and K6 Power all have a full metal body which is the norm, Dual SIM slots, 4G LTE connectivity, rear-placed fingerprint sensor and Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The Lenovo K6 is the starting model here while K6 Note is the bigger model with better camera and up to 4GB of RAM. The K6 Power as you could have guessed, differentiates itself from the bunch with a bigger capacity battery.
The K6 sports a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) FHD display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB built-in expandable storage space, 8MP front camera, rear 13MP camera and a 3000mAh battery. The K6 Power, meanwhile, has a 4000mAh battery and arrives in either 2GB/16GB or 3GB/32GB RAM and storage models.
The Lenovo K6 Note sports a 5.5-inch FHD display, rear 16MP camera with Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF), front 8MP selfie camera and packs the same 4000mAh battery capacity on the K6 Power. It also comes in two models – either 3GB or 4GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage space.
All there arrive with Dolby Atmos certification, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, Adreno 505 GPU and the trio of Dark Grey, Gold, and Silver colour options to choose from. Pricing is expected to be within the range of €150 – €250 in Europe.
