Few weeks after launching the Z5 Pro with Slider design, Lenovo is working a new premium smartphone with triple rear cameras. The Lenovo L78071 (code name) has been certified by TENAA in China and is expected to join the likes of the Huawei P20 Pro, Honor Magic 2, Galaxy A7 (2018) and LG V40 ThinQ with the same setup.
The three cameras on the Lenovo L78071 are arranged vertically and a single LED flash sits below them. It sports a 6.3-inch display with waterdrop notch (resolution unknown), rear fingerprint sensor and both the body frame and back shell are made from metal.
The smartphone measures 156.7 x 74.5 x 7.8 mm and power is supplied by a 3,210mAh battery. It is rumoured to be one of the first set of smartphones to be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8150 mobile platform by Qualcomm with 5G modem.
According to various sources, Qualcomm is expected to announce the 7nm Snapdragon 8150 (SD8150) mobile platform at the Snapdragon Tech Summit this December. The listing on TENAA does not have the full specifications of the device yet.
