Lenovo has released the Lenovo S60 into the Russian market. The device which was only available in China until now would sell in Russia for RUB 15,000 ($290) in Black, Pink, White and Yellow colour options. The colour options however would vary region by region which confirms more markets would get the device.
The Lenovo S60 is marketed as “a powerful” phone with ergonomic design for people who love and know how to communicate, to do a selfie and active users of social networks. The S60 would be forgiven for being so iPhone like with its rounded corners and curved sides.
It sports a 5-inch (1280 X 720 pixels) HD display, powered a 64-bit Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8916 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and 8GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot onboard for storage expansion (up to 32GB). On the rear, it dons a 13MP camera with LED flash and it has a front 5MP camera for selfies.
Connectivity option includes – Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS/GLONASS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and support for 4G LTE. Sensor options on the device includes – Accelerometer, Gravity, gyroscope and proximity. It supports Dual SIM slots (Micro + Nano SIMs), runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat with Vibe 2.0 UI on top and is backed by a non-removable 2150mAh battery.
