Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 and Tab 2 A7-30 Budget Tablets are targeted at Firstime buyers

Among the list of devices announced by Lenovo at the CES 2015, the company unveiled two budgets tablets – the
Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 and Tab 2 A7-30. Both tablets are available for $99 and $129 respectively and would go on sale starting this month. The Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 is available in Wi-Fi only version and while the Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30 would have a 3G variant, it would be available in March.

Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10

The Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 is a Wi-Fi only budget tablet and runs Android Kitkat OS with no word on any update to Lollipop. It features a 7-inch 1024 X 600 pixels resolution display (170ppi), 1GB of RAM, 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT812, 8GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for expansion (up to 32GB).

The Tab 2 A7-10 misses out on a rear camera but has a front facing 0.2MP camera, it measures -190.5 x 104.1 x 9.3mm, weighs 269 grams and is available in Ebony Black colour option.

Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30

Both the Tab 2 A7-10 and Tab 2 A7-10 have some similarity in specs. It also packs the same 7-inch display but is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8382 processor with the same 1GB of RAM with more storage capacity – 16GB internal and a microSD card slot which allows up to 32GB.

Other features of the Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30 includes – a 2MP rear camera, front facing 0.2MP camera, Dolby Sound Technology in speaker (both tablet versions), weighs 269 grams, measures 190.5 x 140.1 x 8.9mm in dimensions and is available in Ebony Black, Cotton Candy, Aqua Blue and Pearl White.
