Earlier this year, Lenovo unveiled Windows 8 powered tablets the ThinkPad 8. However come May, the Lenovo ThinkPad 10 has been announced alongside some line of accessories designed to make the Thinkpad 10 experience and exciting one. The ThinkPad 10 is an slight upgrade to the Lenovo ThinkPad 2 tablets with the former featuring a slightly upgraded specs.
The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 tablet features a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution Full HD IPS display, powered by a Quad-Core Intel Atom Bay trail processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal memory (expandable up to 128GB with micro SD support.
On the front is a 2MP front camera, 8MP rear camera. The ThinkPad 10 weighs 598gm, measures 256.5mm x 177mm x 8.95mm, protected by Corning Glass and has an aluminium body. The ThinkPad 10 would run on Windows 8.0/Windows 8.1 Pro has a capacity of 10hours batter life. Other features include: 4G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, pen support, Fingerprint scanner, smartcard reader.

Other accessories include a Rugged Case and Touch Case which would be available in the summer respectively for $69 (around N12,000) and $119 (around N20,000 in Naira).
Completing the list of accessories is the Quickshot cover that automatically launches the camera and takes a shot (snaps a photo) and a dock with three USB 3.0 ports – one for charging, Ethernet jack and HDMI port which also costs $119. All cases have a holster for the optical pen except the Quickshot cover, the Optical Pen itself cost $50
The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 is expected to be available in June at a starting price of $599 (around N99,000 in Naira). Considering the Lenovo ThinkPad 10 and its accessories, its a premium business tablet with class and for very high taste tablet users.
