Lenovo Vibe C with 5-inch HD display and Quad-core SoC costs $105

Lenovo is adding a new ‘value for money’ device to the Vibe series family, the Lenovo Vibe C, is a new low-end device with decent-enough specs to end up as a backup phone or an option for starters. It has gone on pre-orders on Croatian e-commerce website – Ekupi for a price tag equivalent to ‎$105.

The Lenovo Vibe C sports a plastic polycarbonate body, 5-inch IPS LCD display with 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) screen resolution  and relies on a 2300mAh battery for juice. On the inside, it is powered by an unnamed quad-core processor and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS with the Vibe UI expected ontop.

The device packs 1GB of RAM, 8GB built-in storage space and a microSD card slot for additional storage up to 32GB. In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and a front facing 2-megapixel camera for selfies and video chats.

Taking a cue from other Lenovo Vibe devices, there should be Dual Micro SIM slots onboard. There is also 4G LTE connectivity onboard. ‎Going by the listing, shipping commenced on May 18th in Croatia but there is still no word from Lenovo on availability in other markets.
