At the CES 2016, Lenovo has announced the Lenovo Vibe S1 Lite – the selfie centric smartphone is a toned-down model of the Vibe S1 with Dual front cameras. It is available in Matte Blue and Matte White colours for a price tag of US$ 199.
The Lenovo Vibe S1 Lite doesn’t have the Dual Front facing cameras on the senior model, however, it has a front facing single 8-megapixels Sony Camera with 5-element lens and LED flash. The main camera is a 13-megapixels snapper with Phase Detection AutoFocus and Dual-tone LED flash.
The device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and sports a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display, powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage space which is expandable via a microSD card slot.
The Lenovo Vibe S1 Lite supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks and also has Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/A-GPS, micro USB v2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity options. It has a Dual Hybrid card slot (Nano + Nano/microSD), weighs 129 grams in size, measures 145 x 77 x 8.55mm in dimensions and is backed by a non-removable 2700mAh Li-Polymer battery.
