While we have seen proofs that Samsung and HTC are expected to announce their flagship devices at the MWC 2015. New reports have emerged which would see Lenovo also would announce the successor to its phablet the Vibe Z2 Pro.
The device in question is claimed to be the Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro and thanks to Weibo we have managed to get some alleged images and tech specs.
The Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro is expected to have a solid metal frame body, the display has been reduced and with its all glass display it is hard to determine the bezel size. It packs a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) QHD display, powered by the 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB space of internal storage.
The device would pack a 16MP main camera with three LED flash, Laser AutoFocus technology and Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). It would also have a dedicated camera button and could have a microSD card slot like it’s predecessor.
The camera are located on the bottom, it has a mute control keys (volume buttons) on its side. The Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro would be powered by a becoming-standard 3400mAh battery and would run on the latest Android OS, Lollipop. Even connectivity wise this device would surely support 4G LTE and NFC.
It is surprising Lenovo has decided to reduce some features off the original Vibe Z2 Pro to its successor the Vibe Z3 Pro. First the display has been reduced from 6-inches to 5.5-inches, and the battery has also jumped down from 4000mAh to 3400mAh.
Since there is no official announcement yet the leaks points point to a potential MWC 2015 launch date. We won’t have to wait too long to see if it would debut.
I don’t know about you but this device is a powerhouse.
