Along with the Yoga 900 convertible notebook, Lenovo announced a new AIO (All in One) portable desktop computer that can also work as a tablet or standalone display – the Lenovo Yoga Home 900. It would be available starting the end of October for a price tag starting at USD1549.
Lenovo is tipping the Yoga Home 900 to be an entertainment and productivity focused one as it is basically a large-screened tablet with a kickstand for usage on a desk or with a keyboard plus mouse combined, it has its own battery and can be used anywhere but not as flexible as the Lenovo Yoga 900.
Commenting on the launch of the All-in-one desktop PC, Corporate VP, Operating Systems Group, Microsoft Corp., Joe Bellfiore said;

We worked closely behind the scenes with Lenovo to ensure its new PCs really brought to life the best of Windows 10, and we’re excited to see customers’ reactions to their new YOGA 900 and YOGA Home 900.”
It sports a 27-inch 10-point multi-touch LED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (FHD). The choice of processor varies up to the 5th Generation Intel Core i7-5500U Processor along with an optional NVIDIA GeForce 940A GPU.
The desktop uses up to 8GB of RAM (either 4GB or 8GB) and up to 500 GB / 1 TB HDD, Up to 500 GB + 8GB SSD/ 1 TB + 8GB SSD storage options. It measures 669.2 x 408 x 19.5 mm in dimensions, weighs 7.6 kilograms and runs Windows 10 OS.
The Lenovo Yoga Home 900 AIO has a 2 integrated 2.5W speakers and a 1080p webcam with single-array microphone. It has Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, 3 x USB 3.0, NFC, 1 x HDMI-in, 1 x Power DC-in and audio combo jack. It is backed by a 6-cell 73Wh battery which is expected to last about 3 hours of usage.
