At the CES 2014 earlier this year, LG announced the Tab Book 2 running on Windows 8.1 OS. The company has announced a new variant of the same device dubbed the Tab Book but running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and powered a quad-core 2.6GHz Core i5 processor. The LG Tab Book (11TA74Q-GA50K) is a convertible Tablet-Notebook Hybrid device with a built-in keyboard.
The LG Tab Book features a 11.6-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) full HD IPS display, powered by a 2.6GHz 4th Gen Intel Core i5 4200U processor with Intel HD Graphics 4400, 4GB of RAM, 128GB solid state drive (SSD), Memory card slot for expansion, two USB 3.0 ports and a standard HDMI port to support external display.
It measures 286 x 192 x 16.7mm, weighs 1.06Kg which is pretty heavy for a tablet.
