LG announces Three New G Pad Tablets – G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1

LG has announced a new range of G Pad tablet models: G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1 to the existing G Pad 8.3 after some years of absence. These devices would be officially unveiled at the MedPI trade show in Monaco which takes place between May 13 and May 16. The only information, specification details available is the screen size – 7, 8, and 10.1.

According to the President and CEO of the LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company; Jong-seok Park said “”Unlike smartphones, tablets are not one size fits all. So we designed the G Pad Series for a diverse target audience, some who prioritise portability while others want the best multimedia experience possible,

And also the new device would feature some specs from LG smartphones range which includes Knock Code and QPair. The Knock Code allows users unlock and on their smartphone by entering a personalised unlock patter on the screen while Qpair 2.0 app let’s you synchronise your smartphone to the tablet using bluetooth, allowing notifications on messages and calls to be shown on the screen.

The LG G Pad 7.0, LG G Pad 8.0 and LG G Pad 10.1 is expected to compete with the already announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, 8.0 and 10.1 and other upcoming tablets like the Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Tab PRO and Samsung Note PRO.

We also expect more details, features and specifications for the G Pad newly announced series of ahead of the MedPI event in Monaco in a few days time.
