LG H840 with 5.3″ QHD display, 3GB RAM, Snapdragon 652 SoC Surfaces on Benchmark; Could Be the LG G5 Lite

Ahead of the MWC 2016 event which LG has confirmed it would be part of, a new smartphone from the South Korean company has surfaced on GFXBench benchmark listing. Simply known with the code name – LG H840, it is expected to be a Lite Version of the flagship LG G5.

Moving to the specs details, the LG H840 is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz (this is believed to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 – 4 x Cortex-A72 cores clocked @ 1.8GHz + 4 x Cortex-A53 cores clocked @ 1.2GHz) with Adreno 510 GPU and 3GB of RAM.‎

The device ‎sports a 5.3-inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixels (QHD) screen resolution and has 32GB built-in storage space out of which 23GB is available to the user. The listing shows the device runs Android 4.4 Kitkat OS, however, anything less than Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS will not really make much sense.

In the camera aspect, the LG H840 has a front facing 8-megapixel camera (could be a 13-megapixel snapper) with LED flash and capable of recording 4K video; and a front facing 8-megapixel camera for selfies. It is expected to support 4G LTE connectivity, NFC as well as standard connectivity options.

There are chances the LG H840 (or LG G5 Lite) could make its appearance at the MWC 2016 or could go official separately in coming months.
