An upcoming LG smartphone with the model – LG-F510L has been put through its paces on Geekbench. Apparently the device would feature the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 (MSM8994) chipset which means it will use 8 CPUs (4 cortex-A57 and 4 cortex-A53) which features big.LITTLE architecture and Adreno 430 GPU will take care of the graphics.
The LG-F510L is looking likely to be a flagship device and it would run on Android 5.0.1 OS out-of-the box. This device could be the rumoured LG G4 which would feature the Snapdragon 810 SoC and is said to likely debut at the MWC 2015 in March. Or the device could still be the LG G Flex 2 which would debut at the CES 2015 starting tomorrow.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 SoC is said to be 50% more powerful than the previous Qualcomm snapdragon 805 processor for flagships. The Adreno 430 GPU used on the Snapdragon 810 SoC is also said to be about 30% more powerful than the Adreno 420 GPU on the Snapdragon 805.
Whatever the LG-F510L turns out to be, it promises to be a high end device and we would definitely know more about it in coming days or probably in coming weeks.
