LG is set to announce the successor of the bending G Flex smartphone – the LG G Flex 2 at the CES 2015 and so far so good the company has placed various posters in respect of the device at the CES show-floor in Las Vegas.
The LG G Flex 2 would definitely carry on some of the features of its predecessor and add more improved ones. Earlier this week, Qualcomm teased a picture of the upcoming device with the chipset manufacturer stating it would feature the flagship Snapdragon 800 Soc family.
The original LG G Flex was called a self-healing smartphone; it features a flexible-OLED screen technology which allows the device curve at its horizontal axis. The device measures about 7.9 mm to 8.7 mm thick depending on the shape it presumes and weighs 177 grams in size.
Other key specs features includes a 6-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display, 2GB of RAM, rear facing 13-megapixels camera with flash, quad-core Qualcomm snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.26GHz and a sizeable 3500mAh battery.
