Late in June, LG launched not one but three Amazon India exclusive smartphones under the W series – the LG W10, LG W30 and LG W30 Pro in India. The trio have HD+ resolution displays with 18.9:9 or 19:9 aspect ratio, long lasting 4,000mAh built-in battery, 3.5 mm audio jack, micro USB 2.0 ports, rear fingerprint scanner, run Android 9.0 Pie and are priced starting at INR 8,999 (~US$ 131) for the W10 and INR 9,999 (~US$ 145) for the W30.
The LG W10 and W30 are based on the Mediatek Helio P22 (MT6762) 12nm octa-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB built-in storage while the W30 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage. The trio have dual sim slots (hybrid in W30 and W30 Pro), supports up to 256GB microSD cards and feature 6.19-inch, 6.26-inch and 6.217-inch displays respectively.
The three smartphones have different camera setups. The W10 is equipped with 13MP + 5MP dual rear cameras and 8MP selfie camera with AI face unlock whereas the W30 has a 16MP selfie camera with AI face unlock and 12MP + 13MP + 2MP triple rear cameras. The LG W30 Pro is equipped with 13MP + 8MP + 5MP triple rear cameras and same selfie camera as the W30.
