About a year ago, LG announced the LG Wine Smart flip-phone in South Korea; the company is announcing an upgraded version of the device obviously under another name as the LG Wine Smart Jazz. The device is already available starting today (Sept 21) for KRW 242,000 ($205) from SKT and KT carriers.
The LG Wine Smart Jazz runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and is available in Brown and Biege colour options. It sports a 3.2-inch IPS display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels but doesn’t have a secondary display and makes use of a T9 keypad. The device also has a Q button for instant access to applications.
Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor clocked at 1.1GHz with Adreno 304 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 4GB internal storage space and a microSD card slot for expansion. On the back lies a 3MP camera and on the front sits a VGA (0.3MP) camera.
Connectivity options and networks on the LG Wine Smart Jazz includes – Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and it supports 2G/3G/4G networks. The device measures 117.7 x 58.7 x 16.6mm in dimensions, weighs 143 grams, runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and it draws energy from a 1700mAh battery.
