Last month, LG Mobiles unveiled a new X series smartphone in South Korea. The LG X4+ is designed to be both attractive and durable, and also it is MIL-STD-810G-certified, thus, it can withstand adverse environmental conditions such as thermal shock, humidity, high and low temperature, vibration and impact.
The LG X4+ (LG X4 Plus) sports a 5.3-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) resolution, fingerprint sensor, USB Type-B port and a lasting 3,000mAh battery. Photography is handled by a rear 13MP camera with 77-degree lens and a front facing 5MP wide angle camera with 100 degree lens.
Internally, the smartphone comes pre-loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat OS and relies on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage space (expandable up to 2TB via microSD). It also features LG Pay and digital to analog converter (DAC) for Hi-Res 32-bit 192 kHz audio listening.
Connectivity options available include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and NFC. The LG X4+ measures 148.6 x 75.1 x 8.6 mm, weighs in at 172.3 grams and arrives in either Lavender Violet or Moroccan Blue colour options. It has already gone on sale in South Kore and pricing is set at KRW 300,000 (USD 282).
