Entertainment Service company, LeTV announced its first set of smartphones earlier this year – the LeTV One, LeTV One Pro and LeTV Max. The company has decided to launch the LeTV Max Pink and Gold Special Editions which would be available in limited quantity.
The LeTV Max had a Gold colour option but this Special Gold Edition is different as it has undergone CNC machining for better colour and texture; the Special Pink Edition also undergone the same process. Both special edition display have a Sapphire Glass protection for durability and resistant to scratches whilst also showing images clearly.
Only 10,000 units of the LeTV Max Pink and Gold Special Editions are available; the Pink Special Edition costs CNY 6188 ($972) and the Gold Special Edition costs slightly lesser at CNY 5888 ($924). To make things more special freebies such as a VIP service hotline, additional security features and TV services has been included in the premium packaging.
The Phablet sized LeTV Max has a 6.3-inch QHD display, 4MP Ultrapixel front facing camera, 21MP main camera, 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage space, a microSD card slot and backed by a 3400mAh battery.
All the smartphones announced by LeTV so far makes uses of premium materials in its body build, the bezels around the display is almost non-existent (minimal) and they use USB Type-C Ports which even some flagship smartphones from known manufacturers don’t have.
