In less than four days, Samsung is expected to take the wraps off is next flagship device – the Samsung Galaxy S6. The company allegedly started from the scratch with designing the Samsung Galaxy S6 and it was internally named Project Zero. We have seen the Galaxy S6 surface in series of leaks, renders and benchmark listing (On AnTuTu).
Samsung is not only designing the hardware from the scratch, the company’s TouchWiz UI is also getting a real makeover. Samsung is ready to remove unnecessary apps from TouchWiz which would see users download most of their apps from GALAXY APPS. By removing these apps the TouchWiz UI would be very responsive and fast.
Sammobile has listed the total list of applications expected to come with the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge. So here is the list of apps pre-loaded on the Samsung Galaxy S6:
• S Voice
• S Health
• Facebook
• WhatsApp (download link)
• Microsoft One Drive
• Microsoft One Note
• Skype
• All Google apps
• Galaxy Apps
Microsoft has somehow struck an agreement with Samsung to include the One Drive, Skype and One Note on the next galaxy device. I am not sure most Android OS fanboys would appreciate these apps on their device except Skype of course.
Samsung also did not detail whether the S Planner, Gallery, Video Player and Music Player would be included; they would be available on Galaxy APPS nonetheless. Google stock apps would also be present on the device which would be able to represent whatever apps Samsung skipped its inclusion.
