Danish company, Lumigon has announced the Lumigon T3 – a new high-end smartphone with innovative features such as a night vision camera and innovative Back Touch technology, Scandinavian design, and combines both style and functionality. The device will arrive in a myriad of colour and material combos; in addition to the Classic versions – there would be a 24Karat Gold edition with four different models.
Housed in a premium looking body with ultra-hard molybdenum marine-grade stainless steel; the Lumigon T3 sports a 4.8-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display and is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection on the front and back. It packs 4G Dual Nano SIM slots and supports hot swapping the SIM without switching off the device.
On the inside, the device is powered by an octa-core 64-bit processor clocked at 2.2GHz (Mediatek Helio X10) along with 3GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage space. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box and is backed by an unspecified battery capacity (non-removable) which supports the MediaTek Pump Express.
The Lumigon T3 has three cameras – a front 5MP camera with FrontFlash and a rear facing 13MP camera with Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF). The third is a 4MP Night Vision camera with dual IR Flash – a first for any smartphone in the world. It supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks, as well standard connectivity options such as Bluetooth, Dual-Band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, external HDMI via MHL, etc.
There is also a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button and IR Sensor onboard. The T3 has three buttons – Power, Volume Button and an Action Key which is customisable to a set feature. In terms of pricing, the device is on sale from Lumigon Web Shop and select authorised dealers for a price starting at DKK 4799 (EUR 645/USD 734) for the base model.
