UK based premium smartphone maker, Vertu has a new device in the works; the Vertu Signature Touch L which has been certified on TENAA, is believed to be a Lite version of the Vertu Signature Touch and affirmatively the ‘L’ in the name should mean Lite.
Moving to the specs, the Vertu Signature Touch L features a 5.2-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (FHD), measures 155.22 x 74.04 x 13.20mm in dimensions, weighs about 222.4 grams and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS with the company’s UI as well as numerous services added on.
It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.3GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and 64GB native storage space. For photography, the device has a rear facing 8MP camera and a front facing 2MP camera; also there is a microSD card slot for storage expansion upto 64GB.
The Vertu Signature Touch L supports GSM, TD-SCDMA, TD-LTE, LTE FDD, WCDMA networks; supports GPS, microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity options. The listing does not include the battery capacity of the device but it is expected to hover below the 3000mAh mark.
Vertu uses premium materials to house it’s devices and the upcoming Signature Touch L should be no different. If you are a specs enthusiast, you will be disappointed with this device but no matter your opinion that won’t stop it from retailing for a few thousand pounds.
