Xolo has announced what it claims to be the lightest smartphone in the world – the Xolo Q900s. The device is the successor to the Xolo Q900 which went official around July this year. It would be available for purchase in Black colour option only and comes with a Rs 8299 price tag.
Moving to the specs, much didn’t change much from the predecessor to the successor as the device still retains most of the specification. The Xolo Q900s runs on a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) with Adreno 302 GPU, 1GB of RAM, a microSD card slot and 8GB space of internal storage.
On the rear is a 8MP camera with LED flash and a front facing 2MP camera. Connectivity options includes – A-GPS/GPS, Wi-Fi, micro USB, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity.
The Xolo Q900s measures 135.8 x 67.2 x 7.2 mm and weighs 100 grams, supports Dual SIM functionality and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. The device packs a 1800mAh which is said to charge for only 2.4 hours and lasts around 263 hours on standby (2G) and 243 hours on standby (3G).
