Meizu has a new smartphone which has just been cleared by Chinese telecommunication authority (TENAA). The device, listed as the Meizu M621C-S, is expected to be the next smartphone from the company after the Meizu M5s and speculated to be the Meizu S.
Measuring 153.6 x 75.8 x 8.15 mm and weighing in at 175 gram, the Meizu M621C-S is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz (likely the MediaTek Helio P25 chip) and comes pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, presumably with the company’s Flyme UI ontop.
It sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) FHD TFT display, front facing 5MP camera and rear facing 13MP camera with round LED flash. RAM options include – 2GB, 3GB, and 4GB while storage options include 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. For additional storage, there is a microSD card slot for expansion up to 128GB.
Backed by a 3920mAh battery, the Meizu M621C-S supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks, and the home buttons seems to house the fingerprint sensor. Whenever the device launches, which should be sooner rather than later, it should arrive in Blue, Silver and White colour options.
