The Meizu Metal (or Meizu Blue Charm Metal) is the latest smartphone from the Meizu stables; the device is the first from the Blue Charm series with a metal body with the others having a polycarbonate body build. The 16GB model costs CNY 1099 ($173) and the 32GB model costs CNY 1299 ($205); all models comes in Blue, Gold, Grey, Pink and White colours.
Thanks to Mydrivers.com, the Meizu Metal Unboxing Photos has been posted online and we get to see the device in its full glory. The device has a Crystal Metal (special customised Aluminium material) unibody design and is reminiscent of the Meizu M2 Note in terms of the simple design.
The Metal unit available here is in White colour and some of the included accessories includes the SIM Card Tray Pin, Manuals and USB Cable. The device has a 5.5-inch FHD display covered with 2.5D Arc Curved Glass, powered by a Mediatek Helio X10 MT6795 octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB native storage space, Dual SIM slots and 4G LTE connectivity.
The rest of the Meizu Metal specs includes – 5MP f/2.0 front facing camera, 13MP f/2.2 camera with Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF) & Dual LED flash, measures 8.2mm thin, Android 5.1 Lollipop OS or YunOS with Flyme 5.1 UI, 3140mAh battery and mTouch 2.1 fingerprint recognition on the home button.
