Meizu has announced two new mid-range smartphones – the Meizu V8 and Meizu V8 Pro. Both models feature a 5.7-inch inCell IPS HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display, front facing 5MP camera with f/1.9 aperture, Android Oreo OS with Flyme OS and Dual VoLTE connectivity.
The Pro model is powered by the Mediatek Helio P22 octa-core processor and feature 12MP + 5MP dual rear cameras while the standard model is powered by the MediaTek MT6739 processor and a single 13MP camera. Both models also have a rear fingerprint sensor.

Pricing and Availability
The Meizu V8 is priced at CNY 799 (USD 117) and arrives in Black and White colours while the Meizu V8 Pro comes in Black and Gold colours for a slightly higher CNY 1,098 (USD 161) price tag. Both models will go on sale in China starting September 26th.
