Just a couple of days after Lenovo announced the Lenovo K4 Note in India, the company has quickly followed up with the 5th installment in the Kx Note family – the Lenovo K5 Note. The device rocks an all-metal body and would be available in China this week via a series of Flash Sales for a price tag of CNY 1099 (US$ 167) in Gold and Silver colours.
The Lenovo K5 Note has aluminium unibody design, sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD LTPS display, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Vibe UI ontop, has Dual Nano SIM slots, measures 152 x 75.7 x 8.49mm in dimensions and backed by a 3500mAh battery with support for fast charging.
It relies on an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor clocked at 1.8GHz with ARM Mali-T860 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage space. For storage space, there is an additional storage space up to 128GB. The device keeps the front 1.5W stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos Surround sound effect.
For photography, the Lenovo K5 Note has a rear facing 13MP camera with dual-tone LED flash, Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF), f/2.2 aperture and 8MP front-facing camera and 77.4-degree wide-angle lens. The fingerprint sensor which is located at the back, detects fingerprints in 0.3 second.
Connectivity options on the K5 Note includes – Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 4G LTE and VoLTE.
