Micromax has a new smartphone in its Canvas series of device – the Micromax Canvas Juice 2. The Canvas Juice 2 would succeed the Micromax Canvas Juice, would come with a big battery capacity (3000mAh) and would run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.
The Micromax Canvas Juice 2 sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a quad-core processor which clocks at 1.3GHz with 2GB of RAM, 8GB space of internal storage which is expandable by a microSD card slot (up to 32GB).
The main camera is a 8MP unit which is accompanied by a LED flash and it records 1080p videos; the front camera is a not so selfie 2MP unit. Connectivity on the device would be handle by Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, micro USB 2.0, 3G and sensor options include – Gravity Sensor, Light Sensor, Proximity, Accelerometer, Compass.
The Micromax Canvas Juice 2 is backed by a 3000mAh battery which up to 435 hours of standby time and 9 hours of talktime. It comes with Wolfson Stereo DAC Speakers, FM Radio, Dual SIM slot and is available in Silver Colour option alone. The device is expected to retail for around INR 8999 to INR 9100.
