Along with the Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1161, Micromax also announced a detachable hybrid (Laptab – Laptop and Tablet) – Micromax Canvas Laptab LT777. The device is detachable, will be available starting October 13th from Amazon India (Amazon.in) for a price tag of Rs 17,999.
Weighing around 1.5kg (or thereabouts), the Microsoft Canvas Laptab LT777 sports a 11.6-inch multi-touch IPS display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, powered by a quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor clocked at 1.33GHz (burst speed up to 1.86GHz) paired with Intel HD graphics, 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage space.
On the front of the device is a 2 megapixels fixed focus camera for selfies and video chats; because it can be used without the keyboard, it also has a rear facing 2 megapixels fixed focus camera and for expanding storage, there is a microSD card slot that supports up to 64GB cards.
Connectivity options on the Micromax Canvas Laptab LT777 includes – Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0, USB 2.0 Port, HDMI port and supports 3G connectivity although via a SIM slot. It runs Windows 10 OS and draws power from a 9000mAh battery which is expected to provide up to 8 – 10 hours of battery life.
