The Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G joins the list of the latest 4G smartphones from the company and the latest entrant to the canvas series of devices. It is expected to be available for a price tag around Rs 11999 (USD 180).
Moving to the specs, the Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G E451 sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and is powered by an octa-core Mediatek processor clocked at 1.7GHz with 3GB of RAM, 16GB built-in expandable storage space and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
Connectivity options on the device includes – GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, micro USB v2.0 and 4G LTE/3G HSPA+. For photography, there is a rear facing 13-megapixels AutoFocus camera with LED flash and a front-facing 5-megapixels camera for selfies and video chats.
The Dual SIM enabled Micromax Canvas Pulse measures 140.8 x 70.4 x 8.8mm in dimensions, has a microSD card slot for storage expansion and is backed by a 2100mAh battery which should provide up to 300 hours of standby time and up to 8 hours of talk time.
Micromax also recently announced the Micromax Canvas Mega and Canvas Mega 4G; both devices have Dual SIM slots, 5.5-inch HD display, 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 5MP front camera and runs Android 5.1 (Lollipop). The Canvas Mega has 1GB RAM and MediaTek MT6592M processor while the Canvas Mega 4G has 3GB RAM and quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor.
