The Micromax Canvas Unite 3 is the latest smartphone from the company’s affordable Unite Series. The Canvas Unite 3 runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out-of-the box, comes with a better camera but keeps most of the same specs as it’s predecessor.
The Micromax Canvas Unite 3 Q372 sports a 4.7-inch (800 X 480 pixels) WVGA IPS display, powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot onboard for storage expansion (up to 32GB).
The rest of the specs information includes – 8MP rear camera with Flash, front 2MP camera, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is backed by a 2200mAh battery which provides around 220 hours of standby time and around 8 hours of talktime.
Like most devices launched in India – it supports Dual SIM functionality and comes with FM Radio. The device comes pre-loaded with apps such as Snapdeal SwiftKey, Facebook and Facebook Messenger, PayTM, Unite Lens, MAD, ASK Me, Clean Master, Dr Safety and Chaatz.
The official launch of the Micromax Unite 3 is expected in a few days time but is already on sale on Infibeam for Rs 6,569 ($103) in Blue and White Hues.
