Micromax has added to list of Dual Camera smartphones with the launch of the Micromax Dual 5. The phablet device sports three 13MP cameras i.e two rear 13MP Sony sensors (one with monochrome lens & the other with RGB lens). The front selfie camera is a 13MP snapper with f/2.0 aperture, soft LED flash.
Sporting a rear fingerprint button, the Micromax Dual 5 packs a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display, Dual SIM slots and 3200mAh battery with Inteligent Power Saving mode and Quick Charge 3.0 (promises up to 95% charge in 45 minutes).
Under the hood, the device comes pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and relies on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB built-in expandable storage space. It is equipped with the USB Type-C Port, 4G LTE network support and a customisable physical function key (left side).
Available in Gold colour only, the Micromax Dual 5 is priced at Rs. 24,999 (and will be available from April 10 via Flipkart, Micromax store and a number of offline stores outside across India. The Care app promises to deliver 24 hours service and 1 year replacement warranty.
