The Vdeo family of smartphones has added a new entrant – the Micromax Spark Vdeo. As expected, the budget smartphone comes pre-loaded with Google Duo and supports 4G VoLTE. It is available for a price tag of Rs. 4499 (US$ 69) exclusively on Snapdeal and Gold is the only colour option.
Pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, the Micromax Spark Vdeo is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor with Adreno 304 GPU, paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB built-in storage. For additional storage space, there is a microSD card for expansion up to 32GB.
Measuring 133.8 x 67.5 x 10 mm in dimensions and weighing in at 140 grams, the device sports a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA IPS display, Dual SIM slot and depends on a 1800mAh battery. Photography is handled by a front facing 2MP camera while the main snapper is a 5MP camera with LED flash.
Connectivity options on the device include – 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and Bluetooth 4.0. The Micromax Spark Vdeo also supports text in 12 regional languages, including Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Odia, Assamese, Punjabi, Kannada, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and Marathi.
