According to PhoneArena, the Lumia 1330 would feature a 5.7-inch 720 x 1280 pixels display, powered by a Quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

The Major changes see the Lumia 1330 packing a 14MP rear PureView camera and a front facing 5MP camera on the front for selfies plus video chats. It is a major improvement on the 5MP rear camera and the 1.2MP front facing camera on its predecessor – the Nokia Lumia 1320.

The Lumia 1330 is expected to be announced at the MWC 2015 in March and would come pre-loaded with Windows Phone 8.1 GRD2. The phablet is said to have four different variants with the following model numbers – RM-1062, RM-1063, RM-1064 and RM-1065.

Going back in time, the Nokia Lumia 1320 featured a 6-inch 720 x 1280 pixels display, powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm snapdragon 400 processor with 1GB of RAM, Windos Phone 8 and a non-removable 3400mAh battery powers the device.
