Microsoft has announced it would be at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 which is happening in Barcelona starting March 1st. The company would be holding its press conference on March 2nd by 8:30am CET and the company is expected to announce some devices and maybe other products.
It is very unlikely Microsoft would unveil a Windows 10 flagship device at the MWC but the company could end up surprising the world. The last flagship Microsoft announced with the Lumia brand was the Nokia Lumia Icon/930 which was released over a year ago.
Microsoft is long rumoured to announce the Lumia 1320 successor which could be called the Lumia 1330 or Lumia 1335. The device could sport a 5.7-inch HD OLED display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with 1GB of RAM, 32GB space of internal storage, LTE Cat. 4, 14.1MP/5MP front and rear cameras and support for LTE-A.
However, the company could follow Nokia’s trend of always releasing feature phones at the MWC. If the Redmond Giant doesn’t announce a flagship device it would be over a year since the company had a flagship device and it is perhaps not surprising that the company does not also have any flagship device under the new Lumia branding.
