Microsoft Surface Duo Now on Pre-Order For US$ 1,399

Microsoft has opened pre-orders for the already announced upcoming foldable, dual-screen Android smartphone – the Microsoft Surface Duo. It merges the world of Android apps and power of Microsoft 365 into one device with two screens. The Microsoft Surface Duo has dual 5.6-inch (1800 x 1350 pixels) AMOLED 4:3 PixelSense Fusion displays which merges into a larger single 8.1-inch (2700 x 1800 pixels) AMOLED 3:2 display when spread-out (open). The opening of the two screens is facilitated by a Dynamic 360-degree hinge, which renders its usage in various modes including compose, tent and portrait. On the inside, the device is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 mobile platforms paired with 6GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB (UFS 3.0) storage space.
