Japanese company, Fujitsu has announced the Fujitsu Arrows for Japan. The Android Lollipop based midrange device is not attached to any carrier in the country, thus, it is available unlocked and targeted at MVNOs. The device will start selling on November 19th in Black, Pink and White colours.
The Fujitsu Arrows M02 sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD organic EL display, powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot onboard for storage expanion.
The device has military grade certification MIL-STD-810G for protection against the harshest of weather and atmospheric conditions such as humidity, high and low temperatures, rain, shock, gunshot vibration, e.t.c It also has a dustproof body (IP6X) and has IPX5/IPX8 ratings for being waterproof.
On the rear, the Fujitsu Arrows M02 has a 8.1MP camera with LED flash and a front facing 2.1MP camera for selfies a la video chats. Connectivity options available includes Bluetooth 4.1, NFC Type A/B, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, FeliCa, VoLTE and 4G LTE (LTE Cat.4).
Running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS, the Fujitsu Arrows M02 ha a single Nano SIM slot and is backed by a 2330mAh battery. There is no word on pricing.
