Apparently every company is working on a device whether low-end, midrange or a flagship device, folks over at HTC also are working on a device. A new device from HTC (dubbed the HTC A11 for now) is rumoured to be the first HTC device to feature a 64-Bit Soc from Qualcomm.
The HTC A11 would definitely be a midrange device judging from the specs and it is expected to feature the first 64-Bit Soc from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916). The chipset has a 1.4 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU, and an Adreno 306 GPU. The Snapdragon 400 chipset was used in the HTC One Mini 2 and the HTC Desire 816.
Other specifications include a 4.7-inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels), a 5MP rear camera without LED flash, front facing VGA camera. The device would also run on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat OS with Sense 6.0 UI ontop.
The HTC A11 is headed for US carrier, Sprint but there is no word on availability and pricing details. The device is believed to be in the HTC Desire line and it would not take long before we discover the exact device. Could it be the HTC Desire 510? We can’t say but keeps your fingers crossed and watch this space.
