The Lenovo P70 has been officially announced; the device surfaced last year in its full glory. The device packs midrange specs but with a very substantial battery capacity which will reportedly provide 46 days of standby time.
The Lenovo P70 has a 4000mAh battery which with just 15 minutes charge can make calls for 6 straight hours and comes with not only power saving features, it also comes with quick charging features.
Specs wise, the Lenovo P70 comes with a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display (268ppi), powered by a Mediatek processor which clocks at 1.5GHz with 1GB of RAM and 8GB space of inbuilt storage. There is also a microSD card slot onboard which supports up to 32GB more space.
A 13MP main camera with LED flash and a front facing 5MP camera for selfies are in charge of photography. It measures 8.9mm in thickness (142 x 71.8 x 8.9mm in dimensions), weighs 149 grams and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS with Lenovo Vibe UI ontop.
The P70 has a faux leather back, available in Black and White colour options; Dual SIM functionality and supports 4G, 3G et GSM networks. The device is available in China for 1399 Yuan ($224) and is unlikely to be available in other countries except China’s neighbouring countries.
