Xolo has added a new addition to its Opus range of devices with the Dual SIM enabled Xolo Opus 3 and one of its selling point is its has a front 5MP camera with wide-angles for taking selfies.
Moving to the specs, it runs Android 4.4 Kitkat out-of-the-box, measures 143 x 71.3 x 8.8mm and supports Dual SIM functionality. The Xolo Opus 3 packs a 5-inch 720p IPS display (294ppi), powered by quad-core MediaTek MTK6582M processor which clocks at 1.3GHz with Mali 400 MP2 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal expandable storage.
The device sports a front facing 5MP camera with LED flash and 88-degree-wide angle lens (f/2.0 aperture); while there is also a rear facing 8MP camera with LED flash. Connectivity options on the Xolo Opus 3 includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, Bluetooth 4.0, and 3G HSPA+ while also having sensor options which includes Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor and Magnetometer.
The Opus 3 is powered by a 2500mAh battery which is tipped to provide around 26hours of talktime on 2G and 13hours of talktime on 3G. It comes with a Rs 8499 price tag which is around USD$135.
Similarly, the company earlier this week announced the Xolo Q710s aimed at basic and almost entry level market. It features a 4.5-inch qHD (540×960 pixels) IPS display (245ppi), powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor with Mali 400 MP2, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a ,microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.3MP front-facing camera, Android 4.4 KitKat and a Rs. 6,999 price tag.
