ZTE is looking to strengthen it’s brand presence in Africa, thus it has announced Mitsumi as an official distribution partner for the continent.
Mitsumi is the largest IT, CE and TELCO distributor in Africa and currently has companies like Acer, Asus, Canon, Dell, HP, Intel , IBM, iSurf, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, Sandisk, Toshiba, Tripp-Lite and WD to its name. The agreement would see more availability of ZTE products such as video conferencing, routers/switches, data centre, CPE, CCTV, and WLAN.

The agreement between ZTE and Mitsumi covers countries in Africa including – Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Ivory Coast, Mauritius, Namibia, Tunisia, Cameroon, Madagascar, Burundi, Zimbabwe, Botswana.
