Available in Nimbus Blue, Fine Gold or Lunar Gray colours, the Moto Z2 Play sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) FHD Super AMOLED 16:9 display (401ppi), an all-metal unibody design, rear facing 12MP Dual Pixel Auto-Focus f/1.7 camera and front 5MP f/2.2 camera with dual LED flash.
Under the hood, the device relies on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 (14nm) processor paired with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB built-in expandable storage. It should last up to 30 hours of battery life (20 hours less than what the Moto Z Play promised) and with 15 minutes of charge the device can last another 8 hours of usage.
It also comes equipped with a USB Type-C Port (fast charging), fingerprint sensor and software features such as Night Display (warmer screen tone at night) and Moto Voice (answer instant queries and provide helpful infos).
The Moto Z2 Play has gone on sale in brazil today starting at R$ 1,999 and will be available globally starting this month. In the US, it will be exclusive Verizon and will go on sale later this summer on Motorola.com starting at $499
