Motorola Droid Maxx 2 goes official with up to 48 hours battery Life

Motorola has officially announced two devices under the DROID branding – the Droid Maxx 2 and Droid Turbo 2. Motorola is guaranteeing Maxx Value, Maxx Megapixels and Maxx battery life with Motorola Droid Maxx 2.

The Motorola Droid Maxx 2 is based on the Motorola Moto X Play which launched in the US as the Moto X Pure Edition. The device is backed by a 3630mAh battery with TurboPower charging which guarantees up to 8 hours of power with about 15 minutes of charging.

The phablet-sized device can also be customised with interchangeable back and protective flip shells.
