Motorola Droid Turbo 2 goes official with Shatterproof Display and Up to 48 hours of battery Life

Motorola has officially announced the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 with Moto ShatterShield, the world’s first shatterproof display, upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is available exclusively in the US through Verizon Wireless.

The Motorola Droid Turbo 2 is based on the Motorola Moto X Style but with a slightly reduced 5.4-inch QHD display and comes with a display which would not shatter or crack (shatterproof) for up to 4 years. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB internal storage space.

The device is customisable in more than 1000 ways using the Moto Maker with choices of materials like soft grip, ballistic nylon or genuine Horween pebbled leather and uses the world’s fastest TurboPower charging which guarantees up to 13 hours of power in just 15 minutes.
