There have been different persistent buzz about the upcoming high end smartphone coming from Motorola for Verizon wireless dubbed the Motorola Droid Turbo or simply known as Droid Turbo. With a rumoured released date looming, we expect an official announcement from Motorola and Verizon concerning the device soon.
The Droid Turbo after encountering different leaks this weeks has been put through its pace on the GFXBench and most of the specs details of the device has been spotted.
The Droid Turbo is expected to feature a 5.2-inch QHD (2560×1440) display, 2.65GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with Adreno 420 GPU, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage (21GB listed), 20MP autofocus rear camera (19MP listed) with LED flash, 2MP front camera, and run on Android 4.4.4 OS.
The device is set to support single SIM; NFC, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi inclusive as connectivity options and has accelerometer, Gyroscope, Compass, Proximity and Light Sensor as sensor options. The Droid Turbo is tipped to have a bulkier battery like the Droid MAXX, supports Motorola’s Turbo charging and also could support Wireless Charging.
The exact announcement or launching date for the Droid Turbo is shrowdy at the moment, but the device is expected to go official soon.
