Over the past week, several brands including Motorola (Moto G20), OPPO (K9 5G), Vivo (V21 Series) and ZTE (Voyage 10 5G) updated their line-up with mid to entry-level smartphones. They all come with an octa-core processor and battery capacities range from 4,000mAh to 5,000mAh. See all the details below.
Motorola Moto G20
New Android 11-based Motorola Moto G20 has a 6.5-inch Max Vision HD+ 20:9 display with 90Hz refresh rate and 13MP (f/2.2) selfie camera. It is powered by an octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB built-in storage. Power is supplied by a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging and the quad rear camera setup includes a 48MP (f/1.7) main, 8MP (f/2.2, 118° FOV) ultra-wide, 2MP (f/2.4) macro and 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensors.
OPPO K9 5G
The OPPO K9 5G has been quietly listed on brand’s website. It has a 6.43-inch FHD+ OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, in-display fingerprint sensor and 32MP selfie camera in the top-left notch. It is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G mobile platform paired with 3D vapour chamber (VC) and graphene liquid cooling system. The rest of the specs include 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera system and 4,300mAh battery with 65W fast charging. No word on pricing and availability yet.
Vivo V21 Series
Vivo released three variants of the V21 smartphone – the Vivo V21, V21 5G and V21e. The key difference between the V21 and V21 5G is obviously the presence of 5G. Both models have the same 6.44-inch FHD+ E3 AMOLED display with HDR10+ and 90Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Dimensity 800U octa-core processor, 64MP (OIS) main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple camera system, 44MP selfie camera with OIS and dual LED flash in the frame, and 4,000mAh battery with 33W FlashCharge. The duo are on sale in Arctic White, Dusk Blue and Sunset Dazzle colours.
The Vivo V21e retains the same display, however, it only has 60Hz refresh rate and supports HDR10 instead of HDR10+ on the other models. It is powered by a Qualcomm processor (Snapdragon 720G) instead of MediaTek and the front 44MP camera lacks OIS and dual LED flash. The rest of the specs is the same as the V21 and V21 5G, however, it comes in Diamond Flare and Roman Black colours.
ZTE Voyage 10 5G
The ZTE Voyage 10 5G (aka ZTE Yuanhang 10 5G) has gone on sale this week from CNY 1298. It sports a 6.52-inch IPS display with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, 128GB built-in storage, 16MP + 5MP + 2MP triple rear cameras, 8MP selfie camera, side-mounted fingerprint sensor and 4,000mAh battery. It is on sale in Blue, Gray, and Green colours.
