Motorola has finally announced the Moto Turbo smartphone in India and the device is on sale exclusively via online e-commerce platform Flipkart for Rs 41,999 ($699.9) in Black Colour with Ballistic Nylon. The Motorola Moto Turbo is the same Droid Turbo which was announced in October last year for Verizon and the Moto Maxx which is said to be the international version of the same device.
The Moto Turbo is the Indian version of the Droid Turbo and it runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box and has 64GB space of internal storage. Most of the other specs seems pretty much the same. It sports a 5.2-inch (1440 x 2560 pixels) QHD AMOLED display, powered by a Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with Adreno 420 GPU, 3GB of RAM and is water resistant.
Other specs features of the Motorola Moto Turbo includes – 2MP front snapper, 3900mAh battery; 21MP main camera with dual LED flash; 4G LTE, Dual Band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac; Bluetooth; 3G; GPS/GLONASS and NFC. The device is rather bulky as it weighs 169grams and measures 7.6mm – 10.6mm thick.
