Motorola India has announced the Moto Xpress – a service dedicated to offering home pickup and drop services for its customers in India. The service which costs R199 ($3) is starting this week and is currently available in Delhi, Gurgoan and Noida areas of India.
How Does the Motorola Moto Xpress Works?
The service is accessed by dialling the Moto Xpress service booking number ‘011-41717124‘ and register their issues or complaint. A Motorola representative would be sent to the spot to address such complaints.
Motorola promises on the spot fix for software and accessory related complaints while hardware issues might take a maximum of 5 working days to resolve. Once the issue is done with, the phone is delivered back to the customer.
The Moto Xpress service will surely complement the company’s already available service centers totalling around 160 scattered across India. Along with the above stated locations, Motorola plans to add more locations in other parts of the country at unannounced future dates.
Motorola recently unveiled the Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen (Moto G 2015) in the country. The 4G LTE enabled and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS running device is available in 1GB RAM/8GB ROM model for Rs 11,999 ($188) and 2GB RAM/16GB ROM model for Rs 12,999 ($204).
